The Entomological Collections Network hosts a meeting every year. Our next meeting will be held in-person (with a virtual option) in Portland, Oregon on November 8–9, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency, ahead of the Entomological Society of America meeting.
Call for talks
In-person regular talks as well as pre-recorded lightning talks are welcome. In-person talks should be prepared using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar software and should be 12 minutes in length, plus three minutes for questions. This year we are again encouraging Lightning talks (pre-recorded, 3–5 minutes in length) in place of Virtual Poster submissions.
Talk titles are due on August 29, 2025, and abstracts (150 word maximum) on September 26, 2025. Please use this form: https://forms.gle/mCb6z26WeDEESpGS8 to submit your title. A preliminary program will be available online in mid-October.
